Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Bachelor of Management Studies is an undergraduate programme providing knowledge on management. The programme was initially called Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) when it was first presented by DU in 1987. The programme provides scholars with an opportunity to get the information and abilities required to take up management roles in the corporate world.

The primary 2 years of college give students a complete knowledge of fundamentals which helps them to see and recognize their interest for specialization. In the last year, the scholars can choose their specialization from the zones of marketing, finance, global business environment, and human resource.

The course trains scholars to comprehend how companies function, how they are managed, and inform them about national and international situations. During the programme, the scholars are provided with practical knowledge by working on numerous case studies, presentations, and projects. Scholars are also encouraged to take part in summer internships to get a real-world understanding of the industry.
